The process ## A clear path from idea to completion. 00 #### Discovery Matt will come to your home to discuss your ideas and plans, ensuring we capture your vision. He will explain our approach, provide expert advice, and answer any questions you have about our process, from the initial concept to the final build. Following this initial consultation, we will prepare a customised design fee proposal for your review. 01 #### Concept Matt and our design team will meet at your home to develop your brief together. We will learn about your ideas, ambitions and aspirations for your home, assess your living patterns and determine your functional requirements. During this initial stage, we also identify key opportunities and constraints of your space, considering potential views and access to natural light. Read more The purpose of this stage is to conceptualise a floor plan that shows what can be achieved. Following this consultation, we will develop a concept floor plan, reference imagery and an initial cost analysis with project cost allowances for your review. 02 #### Design + Development Once the preliminary works contract has been signed, we commence the design and construction documentation works – everything that is required to build the area. Working drawings are prepared to a high level providing us with all the relevant information required to build the area and lodge for full development approval from the council, if required. All professional services will be obtained, including engineering, timber framing and energy efficiency, if required. All selections and interiors are completed with our design team, including 3D Visualisation. After this stage, a building works contract will be presented for signing under final selections. 03 #### Construction As we begin creating your dream transformation, Peter oversees and manages the project to ensure all work is completed to the highest standard and aligns with our core values. We maintain open lines of communication and arrange regular site meetings at key project stages.
